    Caregiver of the Quarter

    Elaine Ford

We are pleased to announce that Elaine Ford has been selected to be the Assured Home Nursing ā€œCaregiver Of The Quarterā€ for the 2nd Quarter of 2024.

Elaine has been a professional caregiver for 14 years. She has been a dedicated employee of Assured Home Nursing since 2015. Elaine began her career as a Legal Secretary.  When her Legal firm disbanded, Elaine decided she wanted to do something else where she felt better appreciated.

Elaine considered going back to school to become a Nurse, however, she was also raising her 3 young Daughters at home at the time.  She began taking care of her neighbors to earn some income while she raised her children. What Elaine noticed was that she received so much gratification and appreciation while caring for her neighbors and also never really had any bad days. While caring for her neighbors and other clients, she met a lot of great women who were trying to make a difference too and knew she was right at home with this career choice.

Elaine lives by the Biblical rule ā€œtreat people like you want to be treated’.

This rule has never steered her wrong, especially during her many years as a caregiver.  Elaine appreciates all good people and excellent caregivers that do everything possible to make their clients' lives better.  Outside of work, Elaine loves to spend time with her Children and GrandChildren.

Congratulations Elaine, we are grateful to have you as a dedicated caregiver at Assured Home Nursing Services!
