November is Diabetes Awareness Month and here is a high protein lunch recipe that is made up of beans which is a diabetic superfood.

The American Diabetes Foundation advises diabetics to add beans to several weekly meals since they help keep blood sugar levels manageable compared to most starchy foods.

Pfizer-BioNTech

COVID-19 Vaccine

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine - Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine.

It is now being marketed as Comirnaty to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus in individuals 16 years and above.

Comirnaty contains messenger RNA to react defensively to the virus. It is also available under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and administered as a series of two doses three weeks apart. Read more
